This week on the radio the topic of swinging came up. It's a little disconcerting the way people look at it. I'm not surprised, however, since it's the same way *I* looked at it long before the lifestyle entered my own life.

Believe it or not it takes a lot of respect (for your mate, yourself and the people you are involved with). You must find boundaries and stick with them. No means no. ALWAYS. I've never had anyone force themselves on me after telling them "no".

More and more I'm referring people to "Talk About Swinging" if for no other reason than to shed light on the situations.

My diary entries are bold and to the point, but I hope you can also see that there are friendships that have formed as well, they are not all just Fuck-Buddies.

That being said, please don't assume anything. If you have questions, ask me or ask someone you know.
